Rubus Tayberry is a unique hybrid between a blackberry and a raspberry, known for its large, deliciously sweet and aromatic fruits that can grow up to 5 cm long. The plant is lightly thorny and produces long, flexible shoots, making it ideal for training along a trellis, pergola or fence. The striking deep red fruits are about twice the size of regular raspberries and offer a pleasant balance of sweetness with a fresh, slightly tangy note. Tayberries are excellent for eating fresh, but are also perfectly suited for making flavourful jams, juices or even wine. With its generous yield and distinctive character, Rubus Tayberry is a valuable addition to the garden or fruit patch.

Care
The Tayberry grows well in the full sun, but also in the half shade. Rubus Tayberry prefers a moist, humus-rich soil. Prune the garden plant in autumn so that next spring you can enjoy many berries and blackberries. Rubus 'Tayberry' is a deciduous garden plant and around May, the plant produces beautiful white flowers which attract many bees and bumblebees.

Size
The plants have a height of 25-40cm upon delivery, measured including the nursery pot. The plants are supplied in a nursery pot with a diameter of 9cm.
